Einkorn Farro, or ‘farro perlato’, as the Italians would call it, is made from einkorn berries that have passed through our pearler which removes a small portion of the kernel's outer bran layer. This dramatically reduces cooking time while retaining the rich flavor and nutrition that make whole grains so desirable. Use as you would rice in soups and salads or a hearty base to homemade grain bowls.
