Evermore Farm

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I contact you?

Who is Evermore Farm?

A family-owned and operated, grass-based, diversified livestock and produce farm that markets directly to consumers. We follow low-input, sustainable practices like rotational grazing, and when pastures are low or weather is harsh we provide feeds free of added stimulants or medications. We do not stock products from other producers in our farm "Pantry," and those cannot be purchased at the farm.

What do you produce?

Beef — Irish Dexter and Belted Galloway cattle, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished (grain only in the worst winter weather), raised with rotational grazing. Calves stay with their mothers until weaning at seven months; beef is harvested at about 2+ years and dry-aged 14 days before cutting, wrapping, and freezing.

Pork — Berkshire hogs, prized for their elegant, buttery, richly textured meat.

Broilers and layers — chicks arrive one to two days old, get supplemental heat and shelter for two weeks, then roam and graze on a diet of grain and pasture (grass, clover, seeds, insects, worms). We never give any animal growth hormones or animal by-products.

Are your products hormone-free?

Yes. Our herds and flocks have access to over 28 acres of pasture their whole lives — exercise, sunshine, and fresh air — and are raised free of injected growth hormones or routine antibiotics.

Are your cows grass-fed?

Yes — all are pasture-raised and 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

Do you give your cattle mRNA vaccines?

No, and we never will.

Is your beef USDA certified?

Yes — 100% of our beef is processed by a USDA-certified processor, with a certified inspector on site.

What grade of beef do you sell?

We don't have our meat graded, but we strive for rich marbling through high-quality finishing pastures.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — you can purchase a gift card in our online store. Check the gift cards page for details and terms.
