We all want to feel well and have our families healthy and happy. Healthy eating is one of the core pillars for healthy living. But, with our busy schedules, stressful jobs, and family obligations, it can be hard to be intentionally healthy about our food choices and preparations Join us at Evermore Farm on Saturday, February 22, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm, to learn more about pursuing a customized healthy living plan.

Brooke Hagerty, chef/owner of The Food Chick, and Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, will discuss how healthy eating doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive; all you need is a willingness to try something new; a little creativity and planning and the sky is the limit! It’s also not about the dreaded word – diet. It’s a way of life and yes, it can still include pizza and ice cream! Conclude the session munching on a healthy snacks while asking questions.

Take-homes will include a class packet of recipes, articles, and local resources available to get you started on your healthy living journey.
