Once limited to the pros, sous vide (pronounced sue-veed) is a cooking technique that utilizes precise temperature control to deliver consistent, restaurant-quality results. This second sous vide class will cover how to prepare main courses, how to store foods, time and temperature techniques and desserts.

Jennie Landean, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, will provide an in-depth class for the hottest new culinary technique for the home cook.   Registration includes printed instructions, cooking demonstrations, equipment reviews, sample foods, recipes and suggested resources for further information.” Plus- a $10 gift certificate to use in the Evermore Farm Market.
